Come Sailing on the Clyde for a Very Special Holiday Experience
Black Pearl is based on the Cowal Peninsula in Loch Riddon, a sea loch leading into the Kyles of Bute from the north. Cowal may be geographically close to Glasgow, but its deeply indented coastline penetrated by many sea lochs remains relatively unexplored. Readily accessible from the popular holiday resorts of Rothesay and the Isle of Bute, from Tighnabruaich and Dunoon, a day sailing on Black Pearl will let you see the best parts of the Clyde the way nature intended - from the water.
We can pick you up from Western & Calmac Ferries - Dunoon, Colintraive Ferry, Portavadie Ferry or elsewhere (all by arrangement) and take you to our base on Loch Riddon. From here it is a short sail down to the beautiful Kyles of Bute, the Burnt Islands and picturesque Caladh Harbour. Cruising on past Tighnabruaich we may anchor off Inchmarnock for lunch, or visit the attractive harbour of Tarbert on Loch Fyne. Depending on the weather and the mood of the party the return trip can be made round Ardlamont Point and up the East side of Bute or alternatively we can return with a leisurely sail back up the West Kyle past the Maids of Bute.
Our price for the whole boat for the whole day with a light lunch included starts at just £295, so why not get in touch today to arrange your day on the water aboard Black Pearl?
